Under the headline "Damnable Helios," the question of the world's apparently rising temperatures has an answer delivered by Continental researchers, and it is fit for neither histrionics nor exploitation. It's not carbon, dioxide or monoxide; or ozone, or a stratospheric lack thereof; or CFCs, whatever the hell those are; or happiness, or capitalism. What a tragedy that the intellectually transcendent "scientific community" would consider the sun — as the source of these superfluous degrees or three that will purportedly bring a new Mesozoic — last.
Then again, a clever savant of the new age may indeed blame Helios, and declare the cause of so-called global warming to be religion.
